and integrate their day-to-day business processes that empower stakeholders to
make informed decisions.
We are looking for passionate and results-driven Customer Support Executives to join our team. The primary role of the executive would be to promote our products to different stakeholders and telephonically address their concerns.
Location: New Delhi / Nashik
Responsibilities
- Support sales team
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Handle in-bound / out-bound calls

Gauge customer satisfaction and cross-sell/up-sell
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect verbal English / Hindi / Punjabi / Marathi
- Highly creative and autonomous

2+ years of experience in Customer Support
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
